Property Cleanup in Kissimmee

When a yard has gone a season or two without attention, we clear it back to what is worth keeping. Overgrowth, fallen limbs, smothering vines and old debris come out, and your lawn, beds and trees get a clean starting point for steady care.

A reset for yards that got ahead of you

Property cleanup is a single, larger visit for a yard that has outgrown routine upkeep. It fits a home you just bought, a rental between tenants, a yard left alone during a busy year, or one that collected limbs and leaves through a stormy summer. It differs from our seasonal cleanup, which is the lighter, regular tidy most yards need a few times a year.

Our aim is to save what is already there. A shrub buried in vines is often healthy underneath, and a bed lost under weeds usually still has good edging and soil. We remove what is crowding or damaging your plants and keep what can recover. In Central Florida's long growing season, that work holds up best when regular care follows soon after.

What the cleanup covers

Brush and overgrowth
We cut back volunteer saplings, overgrown shrubs and weedy patches along fences, walls and the edges of the lot. Plants worth keeping are shaped rather than stripped.
Vine removal
Climbing vines get pulled from shrubs, trees and fence lines, with roots dug out where we can reach them. Left in place, vines shade out the plants beneath them and trap moisture against wood fencing.
Debris and hauling
Fallen limbs, palm fronds, leaf piles, old pots and dead plant material are gathered and taken away. You are not left with a pile at the curb to sort out.
Bed recovery
We pull weeds, clear out matted old mulch and redefine bed edges so the shape of your landscape shows again. Once the soil is open, fresh mulch or new plantings can follow through our mulch and beds service.
Lawn edges and walkways
Grass creeping over sidewalks, driveway edges and pavers is trimmed back to a clean line. It is a small detail that makes a property read as cared for.

Signs your yard needs a full cleanup

  • Beds have lost their shape

You can no longer tell where the lawn ends and the planting bed begins. Weeds and grass have filled in the edges.

  • Vines are climbing everything

Shrubs, fences or tree trunks are wrapped in growth that was not planted there. The longer it stays, the more the plants underneath weaken.

  • Debris has built up

Limbs, fronds and leaf litter have collected in corners, along the house or under trees. Damp piles like these hold moisture and invite pests close to your home.

  • Paths are disappearing

Walkways and pavers are narrowing as grass and groundcover spread over them.

  • You are starting fresh

You recently moved in or are preparing a home to rent or sell, and the yard needs to be brought back to a baseline before anything else.

What shapes the price of a cleanup

We quote each cleanup only after seeing it in person, since a lot covered in light leaf litter and the same lot tangled with woody brush are very different jobs. Every line of the estimate is explained before the crew begins. If a bigger project makes sense to spread out, we can arrange financing of up to $100,000, repaid over anywhere from 2 to 12 years, and paying it off early carries no penalty.

How overgrown it is

A yard missed for one season clears much faster than one left for several years, where woody growth has thickened and roots run deep.

Volume of debris

Hauling and disposal depend on how much material comes out. Heavy limbs and stacked fronds take more trips than leaf litter.

Access to the work

Narrow side yards, fenced areas without a wide gate, and slopes near a pond slow the work and can change how much is done by hand.

Trees and stumps

Tall limbs, palms or stumps are separate tasks. If they are part of the job, we price them on their own lines so you can decide what to include.

How a cleanup day runs

  1. 1

    Walkthrough and plan

Together we tour the yard and agree on which plants are kept and which are cleared. We also flag anything that calls for a gentle hand, such as irrigation heads or a young tree. You get a free estimate that lists the work clearly.

  2. 2

    Protect and mark

Before cutting, we flag sprinkler heads, low lighting and plants you want kept. That keeps a heavy clearing day from turning into repairs.

  3. 3

    Clear, cut and pull

The crew works from the outer edges inward: brush first, then vines, then beds and lawn edges. Larger limbs are cut into manageable pieces for hauling.

  4. 4

    Haul off and tidy

All debris leaves with us. Hard surfaces are blown clean, and we walk the yard with you so you can see what was recovered.

  5. 5

    Next steps for care

We tell you plainly what the yard needs to stay this way, whether that is regular lawn care, tree trimming, or nothing more than a seasonal visit.

Property cleanup questions

How is this different from your seasonal cleanup?

Seasonal cleanup is a lighter, recurring visit for a yard that is mostly under control. Property cleanup is the heavier first pass for a yard that has become overgrown or cluttered. Many of our customers start with one cleanup and then move to seasonal visits.

What happens to the plants I'd like to save?

They stay. Point them out as we tour the yard together, and each one gets flagged so the crew can see it at a glance. When a plant looks too far gone to come back, we show you why and leave the call to you.

Who will be working on my yard?

We are a family-owned company, in business since 2018, and business licensed. The people who walk your property are the people accountable for the result.

Do you take everything away?

Yes. Brush, limbs, vines, old mulch and yard debris are loaded and hauled off the same day. We blow off walks and the driveway before we leave.

Can you handle the trees and stumps too?

We can. Tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning and removal, stump grinding and bamboo removal are all services we offer, and they can be scheduled alongside a cleanup.

Do you work outside Kissimmee?

Yes. We serve Kissimmee and nearby communities including St. Cloud, Celebration, Hunters Creek and Poinciana.

Start with a clear yard

Describe the yard over the phone and we will set a time to see it in person. By the end of that visit, you will know what can be saved, what should go, and what it takes to keep it that way.
