Why Homeowners Choose Us
We would rather keep a good lawn healthy for years than sell you a new one. That idea shapes how we quote, how we prune, and how we leave your yard at the end of each visit.
- 01
A family company
We are family-owned and business licensed. The people who walk your property and plan the work are the same people who answer for how it turns out.
- 02
Years of watching yards age
Our company has been in business since 2018. Over that stretch we have watched lawns, palms, and sprinkler systems go through rainy summers and dry springs again and again, and that experience helps us tell ordinary wear from a real problem.
- 03
Repair before replace
If a zone of sprinkler heads is clogged, we clean or swap the heads before talking about a new system. If a lawn is thin in patches, we look at watering, mowing height, and soil before suggesting new sod. You get a straight answer on which option makes sense.
- 04
Pruning that protects the plant
We cut to keep trees and palms healthy, not just tidy. That means leaving green palm fronds in place, avoiding heavy topping on shade trees, and timing cuts so the plant recovers well.
- 05
A clean finish
Clippings come off walks and drives, debris is hauled away, and beds are raked smooth before we leave. You should be able to step outside and use your yard the same day.
Landscaping Services for Your Home
Most of our work is steady upkeep: lawn care, mulch and beds, irrigation checks, and seasonal cleanup that keeps plants healthy and systems running. When something has reached the end of its life, we also handle sod installation, landscape design, and hardscape installation. For larger growth, we offer tree trimming and removal, palm tree pruning and removal, stump grinding, and bamboo removal. If a yard has been left to go, our property cleanup service brings it back to a point where regular care can take over.

Lawn Care
Regular mowing, edging, feeding and pest checks that keep the grass you already have thick, even and healthy through every season.

Landscape Design
Planting and layout plans matched to your soil, sun and water, so the yard you invest in grows into itself instead of outgrowing it.

Mulch and Beds
Fresh mulch, clean edges and weeded, healthy beds, laid at the right depth so plants stay protected and the finish holds up longer.

Irrigation
Sprinkler repair, controller scheduling and drip conversions that keep your existing system watering evenly for years.

Seasonal Cleanup
Leaf removal, careful cutback, bed edging and full haul-away, timed to the seasons so the turf and shrubs you already have stay healthy year after year.

Sod Installation
Fresh sod laid on cleared, graded soil, with a grass chosen for your light and a watering plan that helps it root.

Hardscape Installation
Paver patios, walkways, edging and low garden walls set on a properly compacted base, with drainage planned so the surface stays flat for years.

Tree Trimming and Removal
Structural pruning, canopy thinning and careful sectional removal for the trees around your home, with full cleanup after every job.

Palm Tree Pruning and Removal
We take off dead fronds, seed stalks and loose boots, leave the green crown alone, and remove palms that are declining or growing where they no longer belong.

Stump Grinding
We grind old stumps below the soil line, clear the chips and leave the spot ready for new grass, a bed or a path.

Bamboo Removal
We cut, dig and sift out bamboo and its rhizome network, then add barrier and follow-up checks so the grove stays gone.

Property Cleanup
A one-time reset for yards that got away from you: brush, vines, debris and tired beds cleared and hauled off so ongoing care can start fresh.

A Family Company That Plans for the Long Run
We started this company to do landscaping the way we would want it done at our own house: careful, unhurried, and focused on keeping good things in good shape. A healthy St. Augustine lawn, a well-mulched bed, a palm pruned the right way. These last when they are looked after, and they cost less over time than tearing out and starting over.
Our crews care about small details, like a crisp bed edge, a sprinkler head set to the right height, or mulch kept a few inches off the trunk of a tree. You will not get a hard sell from us. You will get an honest read on your yard and a plan you can follow year after year.

What Shapes the Cost of Landscape Work
No two yards price out the same, so we quote after we have seen yours. Here is what moves the number up or down. We explain each line on the estimate so nothing on the final bill comes as a surprise.
Every estimate is free and written out line by line after the walkthrough. Larger projects can be paid off over time through financing of up to $100,000, spread across a repayment period you pick between 2 and 12 years, and clearing the balance early costs nothing extra.
- Size of the property
- Square footage of turf, linear feet of bed edging, and the number of irrigation zones all set the base for labor and materials.
- Condition of what is there
- A lawn with good roots and a working sprinkler system costs far less to keep up than one with dead patches, compacted soil, or broken lines underground. Catching problems early is usually the least expensive route.
- Access to the work
- Narrow side yards, fenced backyards, and trees close to the roofline or a pool enclosure take more time and sometimes smaller equipment.
- Materials you choose
- Mulch type, plant sizes, sod variety, and pavers or natural stone each carry different costs. We show you options at more than one level.
- Tree and palm height
- Taller trees and palms need climbing gear or a lift, and removals add hauling and stump grinding if you want the stump gone.
- How often we visit
- A regular maintenance schedule spreads the work out and keeps each visit lighter than a one-time catch-up on an overgrown yard.
How a Job Runs With Us
From the first phone call to the last rake pass, the steps stay simple and you always know what happens next.
- 1
A call and a walkthrough
You phone us and we set a time to walk your property together. We look at turf, beds, trees, drainage, and the irrigation controller, and we ask how you use the yard.
- 2
A written estimate
You get a line-item estimate that separates must-do work from nice-to-have work. If something can be repaired instead of replaced, the estimate says so.
- 3
The work day
Our crew arrives on the scheduled day, protects walkways and nearby plantings, and works through the list in order. If we find something unexpected, like a cracked irrigation line, we stop and talk with you before adding anything.
- 4
Cleanup and a check-in
We blow off hard surfaces, haul away green waste, and walk the finished work with you if you are home. For ongoing care, we set the next visit before we leave.
Questions We Hear Often
Something not covered here? (407) 972-1906
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes. We come out, walk your property with you, and give you a written estimate at no cost. There is no obligation to book any work afterward.
Do I need new sod, or can my lawn be saved?
Often it can be saved. Thin or yellow patches usually trace back to watering, mowing height, insects, or compacted soil, and fixing the cause brings the grass back. We recommend sod installation only when the turf is too far gone or the wrong grass for the spot.
How often should my lawn be mowed and my beds maintained?
During the warm, rainy months most lawns here grow fast and do best with weekly mowing. In the cooler, drier months, every other week is usually enough. Beds need fresh mulch about once or twice a year and regular weeding in between.
Can you fix my sprinkler system instead of replacing it?
In most cases, yes. Clogged nozzles, misaligned heads, a failed valve, or a controller set wrong are common and repairable. We test each zone during the walkthrough and tell you what needs fixing and what is working fine.
Should I trim my palms often?
Less than many people think. Removing green fronds weakens a palm and can leave it short on nutrients. We take off dead and hanging fronds, plus seed pods if you like, and leave the healthy canopy in place.
Do you offer financing for larger projects?
Yes. Projects as large as $100,000 qualify, repayment can run anywhere between two and twelve years, and there are no prepayment penalties. Homeowners often use it for landscape design, hardscape installation, or replacing a whole lawn with sod. We are glad to go over it during your walkthrough.
Do I need to be home when you work?
Not usually. As long as we can reach the yard and any gates are unlocked, we can work while you are out. We do like to have you there for the first walkthrough so we can talk through priorities together.
